Leadership

Our leaders aim to integrate treatment approaches, with specific techniques and interventions, tailored to the needs of each employee, as they explore their mental health concerns and navigate through life’s demands.
Medication Management
We believe that social, emotional and behavioral disorders are frequently the result of an imbalance in brain chemistry. Our clinicians complete psychiatric evaluations to determine the most effective medication regimen for each individual; employing empirically based treatment models, including Genesight Testing. Once a medication treatment plan is established, follow-up visits are spent discussing whether therapeutic levels are reached.
